Part-time 20-80% wanted for BRGN Concept Store – Oslo

We are looking for employees in a 20-80% position for our brand new BRGN Concept Store - Oslo at Skøyen. We are looking for someone who is service-minded and preferably has experience in a similar position. As an employee with us, you will have tasks in both the café and the store.

BRGN Concept Store opens in August; the concept includes a store with light refreshments both indoors and outdoors.

Who are you? As a person, you are charismatic, aesthetically oriented, take initiative, and have a positive attitude with a focus on solutions. As a store employee, you will be an important part of our company and will be responsible for giving our customers a positive shopping experience. You are self-motivated, service-minded, and positive.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide customers with a good shopping experience
• Ensure that the store/bistro is always tidy and presentable
• Serving and preparing food and drinks.
• Contribute to maintaining a pleasant and professional work environment.
• POS handling.
• Goods receipt and pricing

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Experience from a similar position is an advantage.
• Interest in food and drinks, preparation, and serving.
• Interest in Norwegian trends, design, and sustainability.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during school holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
