Do you want to work with an innovative and dynamic team that is passionate about quality and design? BRGN AS is looking for a design and product developer as one of our designers is going on leave.
What we are looking for
Qualifications:-
Education or relevant experience in design and product development.

Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Experience with developing technical documentation/tech packs for production.

Experience with developing measurement charts, fitting, and pattern construction.

Experience with communication and coordination with suppliers.

Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written.

Experience and interest in sustainable design is an advantage.
We are looking for a positive and flexible person who can work independently and as part of a small team. You are structured and meticulous, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are interested in fashion and passionate about creating functional, good products. Furthermore, you are creative, solution-oriented, and willing to learn.
Job responsibilities
As a design and product developer at BRGN, you will be a central part of our creative team, contributing to the entire process from idea to finished product. Your responsibilities will include:

Design and product development of technical outerwear and associated accessories.

Collection planning and development of color charts in collaboration with the team.

Development of tech packs with technical drawings, product specifications, and measurement charts.

Fitting and commenting on samples.

Communication and coordination with suppliers.

Production follow-up.

Graphic design and development of labels, prints, packaging, etc.

Contributing to the development of sustainable solutions, from material selection to production processes.
