Full-time employee (80-100%) wanted for BRGN Concept Store & Bistro - Bergen

We are looking for a new employee for an 80-100% position at BRGN Concept Store & Bistro at the train station in Bergen. We are looking for someone who is service-minded and preferably has experience in a similar role. As an employee with us, you will have tasks in both the bistro and the store.

As a store employee, you will be an important part of our company and will be responsible for providing our customers with a positive shopping experience. You are self-motivated, service-minded, and positive.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide customers with a good shopping experience
• Ensure that the store/bistro is always tidy and presentable
• Serving and preparing food and drinks.
• Contribute to maintaining a pleasant and professional work environment.
• POS handling.
• Goods reception and pricing

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Interest in food and drinks, preparation, and serving.
• Interest in Norwegian trends, design, and sustainability.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during public holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Norwegian and English.
