Refund Policy

Payment
The seller may demand payment for the goods from the time they are sent from the seller to the buyer.

If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller may reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card will be charged the same day the goods are shipped.

When paying by invoice, the invoice to the buyer will be issued upon shipment of the goods. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from receipt.

Buyers under 18 years of age cannot pay with a subsequent invoice.

Delivery
Delivery has occurred when the buyer, or his representative, has taken over the item.

If the delivery time is not stated in the order solution, the seller shall deliver the goods to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the customer's order. The goods shall be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise specifically agreed between the parties.

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. If the order is received on a weekend or public holiday, the goods will be shipped the following Monday.

Returns
We give you 14 days of free purchase on unused items, from the day you have received the goods. You have the right to cancel your purchase if your order is delayed. In the event of a delay, we will contact you and provide a new delivery date and you can then choose to wait for the goods or cancel your purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products purchased in a physical store, only for online sales in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

The item(s) being returned must be unused, undamaged, all labels must be on the garment and the original packaging must accompany the return. When returning shoes, make sure that the shoe box is wrapped or covered in a way that does not damage the box, as the box is part of the product.

We will refund the products you return as soon as we receive the return.

The refund will be made to the card you used during the purchase.

If you chose invoice as your payment method, your invoice will be deleted and any paid amount refunded to your account when the return has been received and approved by us.

Right of withdrawal
Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of withdrawal, the buyer can cancel the purchase of the item in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

The buyer must notify the seller of the use of the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the deadline begins. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, holiday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the nearest business day.

The cancellation deadline is considered to have been met if notification is sent before the deadline expires. The buyer has the burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been exercised, and the notification should therefore be in writing (cancellation form, email or letter).

The cancellation deadline begins to run:

When purchasing individual items, the cancellation deadline will run from the day after the item(s) are received.

If a subscription is sold, or the agreement involves regular delivery of identical goods, the period runs from the day after the first shipment is received.

If the purchase consists of multiple deliveries, the withdrawal period will run from the day after the last delivery is received.

The withdrawal period is extended to 12 months after the expiration of the original period if the seller does not inform the buyer before the conclusion of the agreement that there is a right of withdrawal and a standardized withdrawal form. The same applies in the event of a lack of information about the conditions, deadlines and procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal. If the trader ensures that the information is provided during these 12 months, the withdrawal period nevertheless expires 14 days after the day the buyer received the information.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal. The buyer covers the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed or the seller has failed to inform that the buyer will cover the return costs. The seller cannot set a fee for the buyer's use of the right of withdrawal.

The buyer may try or test the goods in a reasonable manner to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods, without the right of withdrawal lapses. If the testing or testing of the goods goes beyond what is reasonable and necessary, the buyer may be liable for any reduced value of the goods.

The seller is obliged to refund the purchase price to the buyer without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the seller receiving notification of the buyer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The seller has the right to withhold payment until he has received the goods from the buyer, or until the buyer has provided documentation that the goods have been returned.

Defect in the Goods
If there is a defect in the goods, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered that he or she will invoke the defect. The buyer has always made a complaint in time if it occurs within 2 months from the time the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. A complaint can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the goods.

If the goods have a defect and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer's side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Purchase Act, withhold the purchase price, choose between correction and replacement, demand a price reduction, demand the agreement be terminated and/or demand compensation from the seller.

Complaints to the seller should be made in writing.

Only manufacturing defects are considered a defect, and not wear and tear after normal use.

Correction or replacement
The buyer can choose between demanding the defect be corrected or delivery of equivalent items. The seller may nevertheless oppose the buyer's claim if the implementation of the claim is impossible or causes the seller unreasonable costs. Correction or replacement must be made within a reasonable time. The seller is not entitled to make more than two attempts to remedy the same defect.

Price reduction
The buyer can demand an appropriate price reduction if the goods are not corrected or replaced. This means that the ratio between the reduced and agreed price corresponds to the ratio between the value of the item in its defective and contractual condition. If special reasons justify it, the price reduction can instead be set equal to the significance of the defect for the buyer.

Cancellation
If the item has not been repaired or replaced, the buyer can also cancel the purchase when the defect is not insignificant.

Conflict resolution
Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. points 9 and 10. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available by telephone at +47 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no
