We are now looking for an ambitious and driven leader for a temporary position at the BRGN Concept Store in Stavanger, who will make visiting BRGN a relaxing and unique experience.
Who are you?
As a person, you are charismatic, aesthetically inclined, take initiative, and have a positive attitude with a focus on solutions. You are used to juggling various tasks and therefore have good structure. Experience in retail is a big plus.
You are a good relationship builder who makes both employees and customers feel seen and welcome. You can identify with the BRGN brand, where our most important goal is to offer a good atmosphere, excellent service, and high-quality products that can bring joy season after season.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and budgets
- Personnel management and employee development
- Ensure outstanding customer service and a good atmosphere in the store
- Daily operation of the store
Desired qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, sales, and service
- Experience in a similar position, preferably with personnel responsibility.
- Strong business acumen
- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written
- Ability to think both strategically and operationally.
- You can demonstrate good results from a similar role.
- You enjoy working with people and are driven by others' success.
- Are clear, motivating, and have strong communication skills.
- Experience with social media
