RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want all our customers to be satisfied with their online shopping experience at BRGN.com.
We offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases from the day you receive the item. This includes free item exchange, and item return for a return fee of 149,-.
To return a purchase, do the following:
1. Order a return here.
2. Fill in contact information and proceed to the next step.
3. Fill in the order number (you can find this on your order confirmation or on the shipping label of the package you received from us).
3. Follow the steps as described.
5. Pack the item and attach the return label.
6. Money will be paid out as soon as the item is received and registered.
EXCHANGE OF ITEM OR SIZE
Garment didn't fit? We offer a free size exchange or exchange for another product.
This only applies when using our return label.
1. Order your new desired item in the shop.
2. Return the old item by registering your return here. Choose exchange.
3. Return the item you wish to exchange.
4. We will refund you for the products you return as soon as we receive the return.
Note! If you paid with Klarna - remember to pay the invoice for the products you keep.
COMPLAINT
If there is a defect with the item, you have the right to make a claim for 2 years from the date you received the item. This assumes that you notify us within a reasonable time and that you provide a receipt and/or order number confirming that the item was purchased from us.
If you receive an item that can be classified as defective and was already damaged when you received it, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
To make a claim, please send an email with your order number/receipt and a picture of the claim to customer service sales@brgn.com so we can look into the matter.
We naturally cover the return costs for claims.If you have any questions, please contact customer service at sales@brgn.com
FREIGHT ON RETURN
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. If your order value is less than NOK 1500,
and you choose to withdraw from the purchase, BRGN will issue a refund of the amount including shipping costs, only if the shipment has not been dispatched.
If the shipment has already been dispatched, and the customer has received a confirmation email regarding this,
BRGN will only issue a refund excluding shipping costs once the shipment is returned.
For orders over NOK 1500, the shipping cost will be refunded for domestic orders only when exchanging an item and not for returns.
For international orders, a return shipping fee of NOK 149 will apply and will not be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
