DDP—Our orders are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis on listet countries, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final checkout-price.

Order Tracking: Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online.

Return and Exchange

Please note that we have a 14 days return policy. In order to create a pleasant shopping experience, we operate with an easy return procedure.

In advance of the return, please read information boxes below that are relevant to you (Domestic/Norwegian order vs International order)

NB All purchases made online on brgn.com must be returned through sales@brgn.com.

* Note: The items cannot be used, worn or washed. Shoes must be sent in return in the original box in their original condition. Return labels cannot be placed directly on the shoe box. We always offer 14 days free return.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns sent without a return label from BRGN.

- Put the return form and the items you want to return in the shopping bag.
- Used enclosed return label that you can stick/tape onto the shopping bag.

- If you want to exchange the item in a different size, we recommend ordering a new item in the online store. - The refunded amount will be paid to the account used for payment once we have received the return to us.

Quality guarantee
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

If the item(s) have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase,
please contact us immediately.
